Established in 2000, Istarsko veleucilište (Istrian Polytechnic) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Pula (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Istria. Officially recognized by the Agencija za znanost i visoko obrazovanje (Agency for Science and Higher Education), Istarsko veleucilište (IV) is a coeducational Croatian higher education institution.
